On Thursday 2nd March morning at around 8am, Nigel Bowen, Head Concierge from The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London and Senior Concierge, Francois-Xavier Girotto will be on the red couch being interviewed by the BBC One Breakfast hosts about the upcoming Mandarin Oriental television documentary "A Very British Hotel” which goes to air at 9pm the same day on Channel 4. 
They will be asked questions about the industry and the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park and will be promoting joining the industry to young people as well and promoting our profession as a Concierge. It is live television and they are in the hands of the hosts and the BBC.

They will be on air for 3 to 5 minutes only, but it will give some exposure to the role of the hotel Concierge profession and the industry as well as promoting the Iconic hotel they work for.
